Removing fecal stains and odors can test your patience. Follow the directions on a bottle of Natures Miracle found in pet stores. Blot to remove. Rinse with plain water and dry. Repeat if needed. Mix a 1 to 4 ratio of food grade distilled white vinegar to water. Blot on the spot, let it set 15 to 20 minutes and rinse with plain water.
NOTE: Do not use a cleaner before applying an enzyme product like Nature's Miracle. The cleaner will kill the enzymes rendering it useless. Most cleaners will not remove the odor. Odors are caused by bacteria and they grow causing the odor to worsen with time. Enzymes "eat" the bacteria effectively getting rid of the odors.
