Add one half cap-full CleanEz and one-third cup of food grade distilled white vinegar to a 2 1/2 gallon bucket of wash water. Vinegar boosts the cleaning ability of the cleaner so you need less than half what is normally used plus it helps prevent water spots.
Clean the roof first then the hood finishing with one side the back and the other side. Dampen the Lambswool Mitt or the Lambswool Wash Pad in the vinegar/water mixture. Wipe and let it set a few minutes to dissolve the dirt and finish washing and drying.
