Vomit
Removing vomit can be tricky without spreading it. Use a large cooking spoon and scoop up what you can into a bowl. A small Bissell type wet or dry vac helps remove the excess. Blot with a cool rag and apply Natures Miracle found at pet stores. Finish with a vinegar and water rinse. Nature's Miracle may not remove the stain so try diluted CleanEz to remove the rest of the stain.
